Following the success of last year’s Sales Conference and Christmas Gala dinner, Meda contacted Keith Goodchild again to help plan and organise the event help from 12th to 14th December 2012.

This year the sales team were focussed on the forthcoming launch of a new product and also on developing their strategies for key account relationships. There would be numerous presentations throughout the event and also a number of team exercises, therefore we created a suitable stage set with rear projection, sound and lighting for all product references and training sessions.

Several proposals were made for the celebration dinner theme and Meda selected the ‘Bollywood Nights’ option involving a Bollywood Dance troop, Dhol Drummers and Bollywood Dance Tutor to lead the audience participation.
