The Spring Fair exhibition attracts a huge variety of suppliers every year and Amscan wanted to create a different experience for their stand visitors having significantly enhanced the look and feel for their stand. Amscan also wanted specifically to reach out to new clients and therefore Keith Goodchild was hired to create a new approach to preparing the Amscan team ahead of the launch of the new stand. Keith delivered a staff briefing session to equip their team with the right skills and attitudes to make their exhibition truly successful.

Keith has a reputation for designing and delivering bespoke event staff briefings and he has worked with a number of Live Event agencies in recent years helping them to improve the ROI from their marketing investment. The briefing day was delivered at the Amscan head office 4 weeks before the event and then his ‘Shot in the Arm’ energiser session immediately before the show opened at the NEC.

The feedback from Amscan was all positive and they found the whole briefing experience very valuable and enjoyable at the same time. The results spoke for themselves as Amscan had a very successful show and are now keen to look at further briefing sessions throughout the year.
