Customer Support Team Training and Performance Coaching Training Feedback

Keith Goodchild has worked with PageOne on a number of projects including event briefings for their Exhibition Team, advanced selling skills for their Sales Team and more recently on commercial awareness and customer service skills for their Customer Support Team.

Working directly for their Marcoms director Clair Cawley, Keith has also provided individual coaching support for each team member and is now embarking on a Best Year Yet programme with the same team.

Best Year Yet is a 12 month planning process that is designed to deliver outstanding results. Each team member will create their individual business plans that consist of key objectives and measures of success. Monthly review meetings will facilitate progress reports and also deliver 12 lessons that support individuals through the process.
