Keith Goodchild, MD at Creo Performance, has a close relationship with ifs School of Finance and has worked with them on a range of initiatives in recent years.

Most recently, Keith has delivered briefings for ifs members on the Best Year Yet individual and team programmes designed to improve effectiveness and increase performance. ifs takes a keen interest in the personal development of its members and therefore wanted to offer them the opportunity to learn about and to participate in the benefits that BYY can produce for both individuals and teams.

Keith has held a licence to deliver the range of Best Year Yet programmes for 12 years and has used the process personally for 15 years. As an experienced team coach he also undertakes performance coaching at executive level and retains a number of mentoring relationships with BYY clients.
